2. Subscription Refunds

We handle subscription refunds as follows:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of subscribing if they are not fully satisfied with our services. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available after the 14-day period, as we offer a free trial or demo access to allow testing before purchasing.

3. Conditions for Refund

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Unexpected and prolonged service downtime caused by us.
  • Critical system bugs that prevent your business from operating normally.
  • Failure to deliver a major promised feature essential to your subscribed plan.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup or one-time onboarding fees.
  • Custom feature development or system integration services.
  • Training sessions already delivered to your staff or business team.
  • Completed data import, migration, or configuration services.
  • Subscription renewals or payments made after the refund period.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@hisabkitabnepal.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Business Name]”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your HisabKitab account and your business name.
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and include relevant details or screenshots.

Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The approved refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@hisabkitabnepal.com or via WhatsApp at +977 9769323084. When you cancel:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
  • Cancellations made after renewal are not eligible for refunds.
  • Business data may be retained temporarily as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
